You have reviewed your order carefully before submission

Once an order is placed, it may not be modified or canceled after production has begun.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Personalized items may require additional production time.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers
Lost/stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day limited refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible for refund or replacement:

Incorrect items received

Not eligible for refunds:

Personalized/custom items with correct specifications
Orders with incorrect details submitted by the customer
Change of mind after purchase

7. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first at support@thedailybreadshop.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a violation of these Terms.

We provide evidence to financial institutions in the event of a dispute, including:

Order confirmation
Proof of delivery
Customer communications
Product customization records

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases.

8. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Due to screen variations and the custom nature of our products, slight differences in color, size, or design placement may occur and are not considered defects.
